Tell her the truth. It will hurt but either she choses you or she choses her faith. You'll know where you stand if you slowly introduce the subject to her. I'm going through the same thing right now, don't give up, you never know, my spouse is showing cracks already because her family and the congregation is pressuring her one way while she wants to go the other way. You don't want a partner that isn't loyal to you, them chosing the organization over you feels the exact same way as them cheating on you with someone else, trust me I've felt them both. If she loves you like you love her, she will overcome. You don't have to do cheat on her to get out of the organization that merely strengthens their perception of people like us. You got to leave the organization with your moral code intact, it will make them angry that you leave not to "sin" but because your conscience tells you to.

Except in the French Revolution they beheaded the royalty (also the guillotine was invented). If you want a revolution now you'll have to use the ammo box, we used our other boxes and had no result. US-ians are imho too cowardly to use their beloved guns and second amendment rights.

There are a lot of "Gileadites" that leave the "truth" because they are forced to study the Bible intensively for 5 months. There are a couple of ex-Gileadites on YouTube and I know a couple myself that I haven't heard off after they came back.
They seem to be running on fumes financially. The only thing left is their real estate which they are now selling off to fund their country club in Walkill and to keep the flock riled up (and donating) hoping for a rebound of the economy so the R&F can get "blessed" and donate their better wages. Just look at the recent developments:
- Selling off local Kingdom Halls and regrouping congregations in the cities to 2 & 3 congregations per hall
- Major battles in court and million-dollar settlements over child abuse around the world
- Major battles in court and settlements on the blood and disfellowshipping doctrine in the EU to keep them from paying taxes
- Selling off prime property in Brooklyn and around the world
- Relocating the work to Canada and laying off half of their work force
- Pushing in the literature "to do more" on your own dime, no more calls for either missionaries or bethelites
- Missionaries reduced (already been going on for a couple of years, I know 1 family that was severely disillusioned by it) and now left on their own
- Major increases in cost to the congregations for CO and KH arrangements as well as costs charged for Assembly Halls
- Credit card machines at 3 day conventions last year and now in Assembly Halls as well

A Sneaky Way To Mess With Watchtower Statistics
by DT inthe watchtower society is addicted to numbers and growth.
the problem is that their very existence is justified by a preaching work that is intended to result in growth.
other religions don't have that kind of pressure.

The only way to mess with it (at least on a local level) is if you're still in to report 0 placements but take out a large stack of books and magazines every meeting. With a bit of scheduling (depending on the literature servant rotation) you can take out 100's of magazines, deposit them in the recycling and they'll have to keep re-ordering and increasing. The month before the CO comes just stop taking out literature all together - the elders are going to have it because they have massive overflow and they won't be able to explain where they all went.
It's winter, you'll need bricks to start your fire ;-) Before I left I took out whole boxes into the recycling, it's even easier to do if you have access to the KH (keys).

Actually crazycate, the apostacy is a result of your immoral lifestyle. I'm dealing with it myself now too, family and friends keep asking: Did you do something wrong? We can work on that you know, but don't stay away and some straight up ask me if I have an affair or am I in trouble with the law etc. etc..
I didn't do anything immoral, I chose the best course for me and my child I believe and hopefully my wife will see that I'm not 'an evil apostate', just somebody who disagrees with their viewpoints.
They can't understand that somebody doesn't agree that it's da troof. Once you're in you're supposed to be enlightened and nothing will be able to change your mind unless you sin and God doesn't support you anymore, only then can you change your mind. That's at least what a lot of religions interpret Paul saying in his letters but they don't understand that no current religion follows the same guidelines Jesus or Paul used.

If everyone that wouldn't believe would just walk away, we wouldn't need to have this site anymore. If everyone that doesn't believe anymore would walk away in my congregation, there would be at LEAST 30% less people there, those that are just following is another 50% and most of them don't really care what is being said, they'll associate with you. It's the 20% of aggressive Witnesses (some but not all are elders and pioneers) that are going to give you issues, it's those people that always have 'issues' and 'need to talk' about their personal and family life, those that buttkiss the elders and try to get somewhere in the organization.
I am telling you: WALK AWAY at the height of your 'activeness' without doing anything wrong. They will be too embarassed to disfellowship somebody they praised into high heavens the week before and too afraid of others seeing the hypocrisy of disfellowshipping as well (your family and friends) just because you believe something else.
Read the Elder's manual (I got it and it's available on several sites) and see how to get out of the disfellowshipping situation if you're worried about it. They require 1) that you apostatize (actively convert people) 2) Proof of at least 2 independent witnesses. If you're anonymous here they don't have proof. Just tell them you don't want to anymore and walk away, they can't disfellowship you for it. Don't disassociate either, just stop playing their game.
If you WALK AWAY, you never know who might follow your footsteps, family bonds especially are very strong, most of the times stronger than their faith and even if they're not, most people will have issues with shunning family members but they never were in that situation so they just parrot whatever they're supposed to say until it hits them personally and then they'll open their eyes (sometimes not immediately but next time somebody says something very generalized about those 'whoring, drinking, druggie apostates' from the stage and they can't see that in you)

Islam More Lenient on Apostates than the WTBTS!
by 00DAD inislam more lenient on apostates than the wtbts!.
this morning i came across this thought provoking comment in a cnn news article:.
harris zafar, national spokesperson of the ahmadiyya muslim community usa, does not mince words on the subject, stating in a huffington post opinion piece that "islam prescribes absolutely no punishment for apostasy.".

Read the Awake of July 2009 p28, 29, it's also bible based advice. Both the Koran and the Bible can be interpreted any way you want to make the religions based upon it look. You can both be pro- and against- gay, marriage, rape, murder, war, child molestation, abortion, capital punishment etc. etc.
If based on the same book(s) you believe in you can justify morally bad things, maybe you shouldn't accept those things without question.

There are indeed efforts once in a while for disaster preparedness but it's mainly for natural disasters. It's a checklist with stuff to have in your house gleaned from FEMA or any other government disaster organization, some elders go to the extreme and print one out for each member of the congregation as if it's "official".
Either way, there are NO plans whatsoever for Armageddon. I asked our COBOE (ex-Bethel) during one of our discussions about it and he said "Jehovah will take care of us, the Governing Body is not worried about it". Well, if they're not worried about it, neither am I. I am prepared for natural disasters in our area and everyone (JW or not) should have a first aid kit, blankets, torches, heating, sand bags, water, food and emergency communications depending on your area (does it get wet, cold, windy, nuclear, does it rip your house apart, ...). In winter I keep my car with a full tank of gas and the pantry stocked and I have emergency heating (wooden logs and coal) because it COULD happen once every other decade that both electric and gas goes out for several days and the snow is too high to go out. Also, keep a survival manual handy and read it because it's useful to know how to make clean water, retrieve survival items, cut down wood from a tree without hurting yourself, make a bow and spear, make a fire, insulate yourself with snow or what to do in case of a nuclear or natural disaster (it's not always good to go where it seems safe).
